Although he was born in Barisal, he studied and grew up in the brick-and-stone city of Dhaka. Miraj is the youngest in the family of eight brothers. His wife's name is Tahmina Akhter Munni and daughter's name is Amatur Rahman Doa. Currently working as the Chairman of his dream company Online Islamic TV Islam Pratid and publishing house Sultans.
